How frustrating. Their website used to say that they process 95% of applications within 4 weeks of receipt of the application. So hence I allowed 9 weeks. Yesterday was the 6 week mark. I called the help line as specified on their website and they claim that they're processing applications received before 19th February this year (mine was received on 26th Feb)! I have a feeling that I'm not going to get approval before I leave for europe.
Grrrr.
