First session with Curtis and he sorted out the edges on my back flying and gave me a new explanation of my new sitfly position. Knees together and inside of my feet to the net.
We were rotating with Cath today which was great, it gives enough of a break to be ready for your turn. I'm feeling the soreness, but I'm not tired which is good. Got another tunnel session this arvo.
