If there's lots of room, I'll always put my bag on the seat. If there's around 20 seats free in a carriage, I'll take the bag off the moment I sense someone assessing the seat next to me.
Today, someone put their bag on the opposite seat, and hadn't noticed the fact that I was hovering for 5 seconds (hey that's a long time for a hover). Not only did they not notice, but I actually had to say something.
Cmon, some people are so in their own worlds. I mean, I'm pretty selfish, but there's a basic courtesy that most aussies adhere to. Is it non aussie we're dealing with here?
Or just the arsehole aussie population?
ps. Yes I'm aware it's much worse in other countries, but I'm living here dammit!

Help! I'm having a hobby dilemma
Sailing, surfing, climbing (indoor and outdoor), unicycling, skydiving ... I want to do them all, but I'm struggling to fit them all in.
Tmrw morning I'm surfing, I sooo cant wait. Hopefully in the arvo skydiving, then sunday I'm sailing. But I just bought all this cool outdoor climbing gear for Kim, when do we get time for that? Plus I'm not fit climbing, so I really should do indoor climbing twice a week, dammit I'm getting a hobby clash!

Advertising on Train TV Screens Should be Banned
I had another annoying train moment today. Those timetable tv screens at the train stationare used to see what time the train arrives, and where it goes, am I right?
I don't want to find out that "my zone tickets are now available to buy" or that "trackwork is happening this weekend". That's crucial real estate on that screen. Why do they take up the whole screen? Cant they take up half of the screen and still show how far away the train is?
Honestly, why don't people think about the impact of things before implementing them?

Why don't people move into the carriage?
It still amazes me that in the mornings when I get on the train, there seems to be this common theme of people getting onto the train and not moving away from the door so more people get on.
I mean really, if there's people behind you, what do you think those people are going to do? Be happy to be stuck on the platform?
Why don't people move into the carriage? I've often had no patience when seeing someone get on and just stand there, I just push them. Is it that people are selfish and don't care about other people getting on the train? Or are they just so stupid to realise that other people exist?
I really don't know.

Over blogging
It tends to take so much longer to do a blog, that's why i never do it. Plus I feel the horrible pressure of having to upload a photo, which quite frankly convinces me into not doing the post at all - I just can't stand waiting for something to upload. It's such a waste of time. And yet, here I am, unemployed and it still bothers me that I waste time? Ok, microblogging, how many words have i typed now? 71 apparently, see I've already copied that into word for a word count, this entry is taking way too long.
So why the hell can't I be comfortable with just posting what the hell I want? So over blogging.
I'd rather stare into space and wait for the delivery of my new Paul Frank 15" Laptop case.
Oh jesus, do I have to find a photo of it?

I swear i clean my glasses more
I definitely have to clean my glasses more here in London, would that be from the pollution in the air on my eye lashes?
Or is the water I shower in that "slimy" water that london is known for that won't let your suds sud up?
I wonder, but it's quite frustrating to look through dirty glasses.
I've also noticed wearing contacts that my eyes are quite dry at the end of the day. All things that I don't experience at home.
